What does a typical project cost?

It depends a lot on scope, size and finishes. Painting and small repairs land in the hundreds to low thousands, full kitchen and bath remodels in the thousands to tens of thousands. Your free consult ends with a realistic written estimate for your specific project — before you commit to anything.

How long will my project take?

It depends on what we're doing. Painting a room can be a day or two; flooring a few days to a week; kitchens and bathrooms run from a couple of weeks to a few months depending on selections and scope. We give you a written timeline before any work begins.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Usually it's up to you. Many of our clients keep working while we handle the project — we're happy to coordinate access, send daily updates by text, and lock up at the end of the day.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. For any work that requires permits, we handle the filings, scheduling and inspections so you don't have to stand in line at city hall.

How do payments work?

We agree on a payment schedule tied to project milestones — written down before work begins. The final payment is always held until you've walked through the finished work and you're satisfied.
